Order and contract

An order sent through the site is an offer by the customer. A contract is formed when the seller confirms the order by email. Prices are in convertible marks (KM).

Payment and delivery

Payment is cash on delivery when the parcel is received. Delivery terms are on the Delivery page.

Returns and complaints

Rules are set out on the Returns page.

Liability and changes

The seller may change these terms. The terms published at the time of the order apply.
